Join the Spokane, WA site maintenance team and own the maintenance planning and scheduling function. You will work under general supervision and support some of the world's most talented production maintenance technicians. You will use your critical thinking skills to establish maintenance schedules, monitor materials inventories, track progress of maintenance and solve scheduling conflicts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lubrication of machinery, bearing replacement, seal replacement, preventative and predictive maintenance activities.
- Understand electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and all of the components involved in these processes
- Ability to dismantle, construct and overhaul machinery and equipment
- Participation and accountability to Honeywell Operating System requirements.
- Updates and maintains preventative maintenance plans, execution and tracking spreadsheets
- Inputs learning modules/assignments into Learning Hub, Vivid online classes, tracks learning progress, and maintains training files
- Plan and support Health, Safety and environmental notifications including MST actions
- Completes PMs on schedule for plant equipment
- Determines tools and supplies needed for each different type of PM and Maintenance work order.
- Works to reduce total cost of maintenance while improving conditions of equipment and operating facilities.
