In this role, you will serve as General Counsel for Honeywells Connected Enterprise (HCE), our software business group based in Atlanta, GA, as we gain traction to be a leader in the IoT industry.
HCE is building and connecting software solutions to streamline and centralize the assets, people and processes, translating into smarter, safer, more efficient business decisions for our customers.
In this role you will be the trusted adviser to senior leadership on a range of legal issues (including data compliance, privacy, security, SaaS, artificial intelligence, IOT, industry standards, licensing and advertising) and drive regulatory compliance for Honeywell Forge and our SaaS enterprise software offerings.
Providing legal counselling throughout the software development lifecycle.
Stay up to date on and effectively interpret and communicate new and rapidly evolving legal developments, regulations and industry standards.
Partner with Government Relations on global regulatory and advocacy efforts.
Review and negotiate complex joint development, software licensing and API integration agreements with our technology and enterprise software platform partners.
Draft and review marketing materials, polices, terms of use, FAQs etc.
Relating to the design, sale and operation of our software including data use and protection policies.
