As a key change agent for the finance and business teams in SME, the candidate will be responsible for leading some of the key transformation initiatives that the SME Global Business Enterprise is driving, among those: Project management capabilities development, SAAS and recurring revenue model implementation, financial risk management best practices adoption, estimating and cost modeling changes, etc. The candidate will directly report the GBE leadership team. We are looking for a person with passion for data, business modeling and complex problem solving. The person leading this role will lead through influencing, MOS and the ability to build strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial modeling
- Revenue recognition process changes
- Drive compliance and Risk Management
- System changes support and drive adherence to implementation timelines
- Partner in the EDW developments to support SME requirements
- Participate in Internal audits
- Continuous gap analysis and process / system improvements to support SME transformation
