In this role, you will serve as Director, Strategic Sourcing – Software in Honeywell’s Connected Enterprise (HCE), our software and connectivity business group based in Atlanta, Georgia. HCE is building and connecting software solutions to streamline and centralize the assets, people and processes, translating into smarter, safer, more efficient business decisions for our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Strategic Sourcing process for HCE Software, including reselling and embedded software within our Enterprise-scale customer software offerings
- Attract, retain, develop, & lead a global high performing software sourcing team
- Lead the transformation of HCE’s Software Sourcing capabilities and value creation, aligned to department ambition plan
- Responsible for business performance of the software segment of HCE spend
- Partner with Product Management & Legal departments to improve contract frameworks & processes to accelerate innovation delivery
- Lead enhanced HCE stakeholder integration to move sourcing further up the new product pipeline
