What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Quality Control Supervisor position at Honeywell?
You will report directly to our Sr. Quality Control Manager, and you’ll work out of our Woburn, MA location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the quality control function by ensuring that products meet high-quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the overall success and reputation of our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Quality Control Inspection team, providing strong leadership, guidance, and support.
- Managing the daily scheduling of product inputs and outputs for receiving, in-process and final inspection.
- Providing daily inspection status and strategic planning with procurement, program management, engineering, configuration and manufacturing teams. Resolving quality issues and enhance product quality.
- Develop, implement, and continually improve robust quality control procedures and processes.
- Maintaining and reporting key Quality metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Managing and coordinating training for the site. IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.
- Internal Audits per AS9100 requirements.
