As a Sr Inside Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with our customers. Your role will focus on understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales process. You will report directly to our Sr Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Honeywell location on a hybrid schedule. New employees must report in office fully for the first 90 days.
This role does include travel 25-50%. The territory for this person will cover includes California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, and Arizona.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Partner alongside Regional Sales Managers and other partners to drive the sales process
- Organize meetings with sales teams and customers
- Prepare documents, proposals, and quotes, ensuring accuracy and detail
- Coordinate cross-functionally with customer service, finance, account operations, and more
- Travel up to 50%
