As a Honeywell Accelerator Products Business Model Transformation Leader here at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of driving business transformation, Process Execution, and innovation within our organization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by leading the development and execution of our Product Business Model Transformation strategy. You will report directly to our Vice President of Transformation, and you'll work out of Charlotte.
In this role, you will impact the organization by driving business transformation, continuous improvement and value creation. You will develop and execute the Product strategy, working across the end-to-end value chain with Functional GDM leadership to deploy seamless and integrate business processes. A successful candidate must be capable of translating business strategic objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage. Your strategic guidance and change management efforts will ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies, positioning our company as a leader in the industry. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization and driving our success in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
