Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and oversee programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and communication among stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze and enhance business processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 1-3 years in project management, project coordination, and process improvement within a complex organizational structure.
- 1-4 years of expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis to inform decision-making and track program performance.
- 1-3 years with project management & cost forecasting tools such as Microsoft Project & Microsoft OneNote.
- 1-3 years managing budgets, documentation, and reporting to ensure program objectives are met efficiently.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience working in hands on industrial or technology-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities from multiple stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving continuous process improvement.
