What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler/Carpenter - Level 1 - 2nd shift position at Honeywell?
As a Material Handler with Carpentry level 1 on 2nd shift here at Honeywell, You will report to the Material Management Leader and you’ll work out of our St. Louis, MO location on a On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our supply chain by accurately handling materials, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will need to have carpentry skills to create customized pallets for shipping.
The primary job is to build custom skids for items that vary from 100 to upwards of 10,000 lbs. You will have to build by measuring items, figuring sizing, and preparing the load for shipment. They will run saws, drills, screw guns, and it has to be precise measurements they collected.
