As a Global Benefits Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs within our Aerospace business. You will be responsible for ensuring that our benefits offerings align with the company's overall compensation and benefits strategy. By managing the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs, you will contribute to the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
You will report directly to our VP Global Benefits, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall employee experience by ensuring that our benefits programs are competitive, comprehensive, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
