You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the development of high-performance hardware systems that enhance the functionality and reliability of our products, ultimately leading to improved customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- 5 years of experience in hardware design and development.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, systems, and components.
- Proficiency in hardware design tools such as Altium Designer or similar.
- Experience with embedded systems and programming languages such as C/C .
- Experience in product development lifecycle and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements (UL and NFPA).
