Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and optimize interplant stock transfers to ensure material availability and support uninterrupted operations.
- Own and drive the Clear-to-Build process for backlog, proactively identifying and resolving constraints to improve order fulfillment and production readiness.
- Coordinate and execute production schedule releases for finished product and repetitive manufacturing lines, aligning supply, demand, and operational priorities to achieve delivery, inventory, and customer service objectives.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resolve supply chain issues.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft or SAP for master data management and reporting.
- Experience in supply chain or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing knowledge to understanding shop floor workflows, lead times, and equipment limitations to build realistic timelines.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Familiarity with supply chain metrics and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in materials management or supply chain roles.
- Knowledge of MRP/MPS systems and experience with SIOP processes.
- Project management skills and experience driving process improvements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence outcomes.
