You will report directly to our engineering leadership and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an hybrid work schedule. Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage advanced aerospace engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to drive project success and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8 years of engineering experience in highly regulated environments with significant project leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience managing complex engineering projects in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automotive, energy, or similar) with successful delivery outcomes.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including executive-level status reporting.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements in highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Expertise in project planning tools and software, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Familiarity with systems design, integration, and testing processes within regulated environments.
- Basic knowledge of supporting factory production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Systems, or related field).
- Experience in advanced engineering roles within highly regulated industries, with a track record of innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry standards, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of ATP tester and test solution development.
- Basic knowledge of Python programming language and test stand test suites.
