Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and debug advanced embedded software and firmware for aerospace applications.
- Collaborate with cross ‑ functional teams—including PCB layout, systems engineering, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing—to drive stable, production ‑ ready hardware solutions.
- Implement robust testing and validation procedures to ensure software reliability and performance.
- Lead the design and review of embedded hardware circuits, including microcontrollers, FPGAs, sensors, and high ‑ speed interfaces.
- Perform board ‑ level debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools to quickly identify and resolve hardware issues.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in VHDL or Verilog development, simulation and timing analysis
- Expertise in programming languages such as C and C and a strong understanding of hardware-software integration.
- Experience implementing and debugging serial communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, and high ‑ speed differential interfaces.
- Proficiency in embedded systems debugging, testing methodologies, and software lifecycle management.
- Experience with real-time operating systems and embedded development tools relevant to aerospace applications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
- Proven track record of working on complex embedded software projects in aerospace or high-reliability environments.
- Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and best practices for embedded software development.
- Ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
