You will report directly to our VP ISC CFO and will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for enabling executive effectiveness by anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, protecting leader time, and ensuring seamless execution of administrative and operational activities across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Act as a strategic administrative partner to the VP, proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate
- Own and optimize executive calendars by prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Coordinate complex meetings across multiple leaders, functions, time zones, and stakeholders
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense coordination with attention to detail and efficiency

- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive and organization with professionalism
