Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans for aerospace programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate program quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and program management teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 2 years of experience in quality engineering or related field within the aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Experience with quality management systems and statistical process control.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
