As a Sr Production Planner here at Honeywell, you will be leading globally across the supply chain network to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption across your network.
In this role, you will ensure the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize the labor and machine resources whilst achieving the business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital. You will lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your network of sites, and ensure finished goods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans, in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals.

- Ensure finished goods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans
- Optimize labor and machine resources to achieve business goals
- Collaborate with supply and materials planning leaders to execute Production plans
- Participate in monthly SIOP Supply Review meetings to approve network production plans
- Translate objectives into actionable strategies to achieve business goals
- Build a worldclass team and drive continuous improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment
- 5 years of project management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics and Manufacturing
- Expert in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems
- APICS or CPIM Certification
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Lead and solve complex organizational problems
- Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Expertise on leading/driving change, and mentor for new leaders or peers
- Expertise across professional disciplines within the material management function
- Mentor new leaders or peers
