Sr ISC Project Management Specialist
You will report directly to our Sourcing & Procurement Digital Transformation Director and you’ll work on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by transforming our organization's supply chain landscape. Your strategic oversight and successful execution of end-to-end supply chain projects will directly contribute to heightened operational efficiency, streamlined processes, and cost optimization.

The Salary range for this position is $92K - $139K. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Sr ISC Project Management Specialist

- Align supply chain projects with the overall organizational strategy, ensuring that project objectives contribute directly to the achievement of broader business goals.
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases.
- Proactively identify and assess potential risks in supply chain projects, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard against disruptions and delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects within the Integrated Supply Chain organization
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals
- Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within the ISC organization
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in supply chain project management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally
- Drive process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
