Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise Circuit Card Assembly production teams to meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely resolution of issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Engineering and Development team to stay on track for APSL approval and new product integration.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of experience in production supervision within a manufacturing or supply chain environment, with a focus on Circuit Card Assembly, mass production, team leadership and operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control practices.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP software to monitor and manage production activities.
- Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
