Job Description
As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing the efficient flow of materials and products within the supply chain. You will ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving operations that support our manufacturing and distribution processes.
You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location with an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall supply chain performance by maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments, and supporting logistics activities that meet customer and business needs.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveries and receipts through generation of shipping requests.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to shipping and receiving activities.
- Utilize ERP systems to track shipments, update inventory records, and generate reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in shipping and receiving functions.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and shipping software to manage and track shipments.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in shipment and inventory data effectively.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and safety regulations related to shipping and receiving.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving or logistics roles.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and material handling equipment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations.
