As a Senior Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager here at Honeywell, you be a pivotal leader in steering the success of our business initiatives. This will require extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, bringing knowledge of analyzed options and alternatives, optimized opportunities, leading to informed decision-making. Meticulously developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets, you will ensure alignment with organizational goals.
You will report directly to our Sr. Director and you’ll work out of our Sky Harbor Headquarters location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects within the Integrated Supply Chain transformation organization, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate and communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates on project milestones, risks, and issues
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize project processes and implement best practices
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 or more years of experience in project management, demonstrating a consistent record of success in leading and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Expert knowledge of supply chain processes, spanning procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment. Knowledge of SAP is imperative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
- Visionary thinkers who can see the future and deliver the program.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the capacity to envision and drive the future direction.
- Ability to influence and drive change in a complex and matrixed organization, ensuring successful adoption and implementation of new strategies.
- Expertise in advanced project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on continual improvement and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex information to diverse audiences effectively.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment, fostering collaboration and synergy across diverse teams.
- Strong project management skills and adept at balancing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. PMP Certification preferred.
