Honeywell Aerospace is looking for top a notch leader who is looking to make a difference to help forge and execute our global mechanical assemblies sourcing strategy. The Senior ISC Project Management Manager will oversee and direct operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed delivery, productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $187,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a sourcing strategy for your commodity group, to realize a challenging Annual Operating Plan.
- Negotiate commercial supplier contracts to ensure continuity of supply, increase productivity savings year over year, minimize cost and meet our deliverables to our customers
- Build, maintain, and own relationships with owner and executive levels of our highly competitive and consolidated supply base partners.
- Work with and learn from our brightest people in Law and Contracts, Supplier Readiness, New Product Sourcing, Procurement, and our Businesses.
- Teach, mentor, and develop future leaders in strategic sourcing worldwide.
- Lead a team of 5-6 sourcing commodity managers responsible for a portfolio of around 100 suppliers
- Report directly to the Sr. Director, Strategic Sourcing for the Mechanical Assemblies Category

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree BS or BA, in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Administration, or Engineering Discipline
- 10 years’ experience in Subcontracts, Sourcing and/or Supplier Management
- 5 years of experience in project management, demonstrating a consistent record of success in guiding and delivering complex projects.
- Sourcing and technical experience with Aerospace products and suppliers
- Graduate Degrees in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Administration, or Engineering Discipline.
- Experience developing, communicating, and executing an end-to-end global supply chain sourcing strategy, by assessing global market conditions, current state and desired future state, business objectives, supplier capabilities, and emerging technologies, and then developing strategic priorities to close any gaps.
- Experience developing, negotiating, closing, and executing commercial agreements, which include establishing negotiation tactics, targets, and minimum acceptable position for management approval of terms and conditions and price for all contracts and modifications.
- Experience executing to an AOP, by forecasting price projections, managing spend, analyzing and communicating variance to plan and taking corrective action, and offsetting cost growth / inflation through cost reduction projects.
- Ability to identify strategies and opportunities to reduce cost, improve efficiency and manage risk through strategic and targeted negotiations.
- Experience managing supplier performance throughout the subcontracting lifecycle from new product development to production, and closeout phases.
- Ability to advise and represent the organization on legal issues, terms and conditions, and business risks concerning contract matters. Expert ability to review terms and conditions in proposal responses and identify significant or unusual risks, including those in the financial, technical or schedule areas.
- Ability to contribute to knowledge management, continuous improvement, and organizational development to enable world class sourcing practices. Ability to lead and drive change, and influence and mentor others.
- Strong business acumen with ability to understand and align to key business drivers, exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create effective relationships, influence prioritization, and collaborate at all organizational levels with our internal business partners, stakeholders, and with our suppliers.
- Dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management.
