Role Description
The Senior Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in overseeing and implementing HR functions within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies. Responsibilities include managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements, and providing guidance to employees regarding HR matters. The role will also involve developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and organizational performance. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Clearwater, FL, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
- Proficiency in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
- Experience with HR technologies and data-driven decision-making is a plus
