You will drive rapid Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations to prevent defects and enhance the quality culture through coaching and technical engagement.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulations.
- Work directly with the customer on a daily basis.
- Conduct compliant process audits, assist in flowing customer, supplier and manufacturing operations requirements through the Honeywell production facilities, and provide analysis on customer, supplier and product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in products and processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to address any quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control systems and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team in resolving quality-related issues.
- Implement quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering / Assurance
- Comprehensive knowledge of advanced quality engineering practices and aerospace regulations.
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma/Lean, Defect Prevention, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience in supporting manufacturing cells, suppliers, customers and their quality requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Thorough understanding of ISO and AS9100 requirements.
