As a Test Engineering Manager at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of test support engineers to ensure the successful execution of test station builds, processes and procedures. You will develop and implement station build strategies to ensure on-time delivery, while managing on-going floor support, test equipment rentals etc. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze factory analytics to identify areas for improvement and provide technical guidance and support to team members.

You will work closely with senior management to ensure that engineering projects are supported and aligned with the company's goals. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to the test support engineering team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150K - $188K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and support the test engineering team to ensure the successful execution of test station builds, documentation, test plans and procedures
- Manage test station build area to ensure material is stocked, appropriate spare equipment is in place
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members in conducting troubleshooting, tests and analyzing results
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, as needed, in support of special testing, difficult station issues
- Monitor and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in test engineering or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with test methodologies and tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- 5 years of experience in test engineering or related roles
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to drive results and meet deadlines
- Continuous learning mindset
