Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee the execution of program objectives, including on-time delivery
- Drive cross functional activities to solve complex customer problems
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Boeing to ensure program success
- Provide leadership and guidance to the program teams
- Negotiate and Close OE & Spares, Engineering, and R&O contracts
- Delivers business commitments in accordance with AOP/STRAP
- Manage program within scope, schedule, and budget
U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related customer-facing roles
- 2 years supply chain experience
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies
- Experience managing customer programs with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Master's degree in Business, or related field
- Experience in a global organization
- Strong negotiation and influencing skill
