- Operate and maintain advanced machining equipment to produce precision aerospace components.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining processes.
- Perform quality inspections and adjustments to maintain compliance with aerospace standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in advanced machining operations within a precision manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
- Experience operating CNC lathe, making jaws as well as boring jaws to hold runout.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, operation, and troubleshooting, along with manual machining skills.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T standards.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometres, callipers, and ID bore gauges.
- Familiarity with machining materials commonly used in aerospace, including titanium, aluminium, and stainless steel.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in aerospace machining or a similar high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
