- Proven experience operating and setting up CNC and manual machine tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, precision measurement tools, and machining processes.
- Experience performing quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in machining operations.
- Associate degree or technical certification in machining or manufacturing technology.
- 2 years of experience in precision machining roles.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing production demands.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
