Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead production teams to meet production targets and uphold quality standards.
- Develop and execute strategies for optimizing value stream flow and operational efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions for timely delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes and resolve operational issues.
- Promote lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations, provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
- Analyze production data and propose data-driven solutions for productivity enhancement and cost reduction.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
- Foster teamwork, open communication, and employee development.
- Coordinate with engineering for new product introductions and process improvements.
- Prepare and present operational reports and KPIs to Operations Manager and Site Leadership.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at operational excellence and strategic objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Manage budget and resource allocation for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and AS9100D.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- 3 years of experience leading projects or teams within the aerospace or automotive manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in manufacturing methods, productivity tools, and SAP.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in RCCA methodology to identify root causes and resolve problems.
- Commitment to ensuring production employees comply with HSE corporate policies and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
- 5 years of experience in a production or people leader role within the aerospace industry.
- CNC machining background or experience.
- Experience driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to manage 25 to 50 production employees.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
