In this role, you will impact the overall security posture of Honeywell by proactively identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the safety and integrity of our operations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into suspected insider threats, utilizing various investigative techniques and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather intelligence and assess potential risks associated with insider threats.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and enhance the organization's security posture.
- Create detailed technical, investigative, and trend reports for senior leadership, legal counsel, and, if necessary, state and federal law enforcement.
- Work alongside Cybersecurity, HR, Legal, and Counterintelligence teams to manage cases, conduct interviews, and coordinate incident response.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Prior experience as federal or local law enforcement, intelligence analyst, or security professional.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Experience conducting information security, law enforcement, counterintelligence or insider threat analysis and/or investigations.
- Strong understanding of insider threat best practices, operations, and current threat landscape.
- Must have or be eligible for a security clearance due to contractual requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate security or law enforcement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
