An Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will use diversified work to tear down, rebuild and adjust any type of machine regardless of make or model. Scrape ways and bearings, line levels and adjust machine. Use a variety of machine tools. Considerable judgment necessary to adapt standard machines to special purposes. Perform preventive maintenance and maintain workmanship standards in order to maintain efficiency or accuracy of machine tools. Orders supplies as required. Report trouble to Supervisor for analysis.

The annual base salary range for this position is $65,100 - $81,400. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on CNC machines to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with CNC equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components, including motors, drives, and controllers.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machine performance.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs.

- Works with shop mathematics, handbook formulas, blueprints and a wide variety of measuring instruments.
- the ability to support 2nd shift hours, and work overtime as needed
- Have completed a Machine Repair Apprenticeship OR ALL of the following
- Coursework in Fluid Power Technology (for example hydraulics, pneumatics) AND 2 years of repair experience OR 4 years directly applicable experience in Fluid Power Technology
- Coursework in Machine Trades (for example lathe, vertical milling machine) AND 2 years of repair experience OR 4 years directly applicable experience in Machine Trades
- Coursework in Pump/Pressure Machines (for example vacuum pump, fluid pump, compressed air) AND 2 years of repair experience OR 4 years directly applicable experience in Pump/Pressure Machines
- Coursework in Industrial Repair of automated equipment and robotics AND 2 years of repair experience OR 4 years directly applicable experience in Industrial Repair of automated equipment and robotics
