PAY TRANSPARENCY
The annual base salary range for this position is $26.21- $32.74. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. - 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes and techniques specific to aerospace components.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures in the aerospace industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in aerospace.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
