Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop test strategies and plans for product testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute test plans and ensure accurate and efficient testing
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and efficiency Develop and implement innovative test strategies to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- At least 5 years of experience in test engineering within the aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools specific to aerospace products.
- Familiarity in test facility setup and correlation testing with production assets.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Aerospace engineering or related fields.
- Experience in aerospace product testing and evaluation.
- Technical knowledge of air cooled and oil cooled generators, actuation systems, valves, and/or starters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using testing tools and technologies such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar software.
