It went through misaligned operators and the chaos of the pandemic era.
The foundation is still intact.
Now it’s time to rebuild and scale—properly.
I am seeking a high-integrity operator/partner aligned with medical freedom and real health (not institutionalized, pharmaceutical-driven models).
This is not a salaried role.
You come in with:

- Fast, grounded, and steady under pressure
- Obsessed with systems (operations, inventory, fulfillment, execution)
- Financially sharp and resource-aware
- A builder who has actually scaled something real
- Ownership-minded, but capable of respecting a founder-led brand
Your role:
Take over operations.
Build clean, durable systems.
Stabilize and optimize cash flow.
Drive growth from a foundation that already works.
Structure:
- Founder-led (brand, voice, and audience remain intact)
- Partnership earned through performance and/or capital
- Real ownership for the right person
