- Proven experience as a Service Writer or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using dealership management software and other related tools.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
