About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone who understands the painting/construction process, can confidently communicate with homeowners and project managers, and is driven by commission-based earnings. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, providing project estimates, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within residential and/or commercial construction markets
- Meet with prospective clients to assess project needs and provide accurate estimates
- Maintain a deep understanding of company services, construction processes, and project timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients during the sales cycle
- Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close deals
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff
- Track all sales activities and maintain updated records
Requirements
- Proven sales experience
- Strong knowledge of building processes, materials, and industry terminology
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical details to customers
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and safely navigate active job sites as needed
