About the Role

This is a full-time, in-home consultative sales position covering the Front Range—primarily Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Monument, Larkspur, and South Denver.

We handle both residential and select B2B work, including property managers, designers, and small commercial clients.

Core responsibilities include:

• Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners and businesses

• Build trust and guide clients toward the best solution

• Create detailed proposals for interior/exterior painting projects

• Provide consistent follow-up to close deals

• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline organization

• Collaborate with project managers for seamless handoffs

• Represent HoneyBrush with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Consultative sales mindset—professional, trustworthy, not pushy

• Reliable, organized, and capable of managing your own schedule

• Strong follow-up discipline

• Valid driver’s license & dependable vehicle

• Comfortable with on-site assessments, walk-throughs, and light ladder use

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in painting, home improvement, roofing, solar, or construction sales

• CRM experience

• Background in in-home sales or service consulting
