Join our team as an Hourly Associate and help deliver an exceptional customer experience! In this role, you’ll assist customers, prepare high-quality food products, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to in-store, phone, and catering customers
- Assist with food preparation, including lunch items, catering orders, and retail products (ham and turkey)
- Follow company sales and service processes to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Build product knowledge and confidently recommend items to customers
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and add-on recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards throughout the store
- Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines
- Stay proactive and productive throughout your shift
- Adhere to company policies, including safety, security, and respectful workplace standards
- Arrive on time and in proper uniform
Additional Duties
- Support store operations as needed
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management team

Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food preparation experience preferred
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
- Frequent interaction with customers
- Standing for extended periods, with bending, stooping, and lifting
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs (for ham production roles)
- Use of kitchen equipment, including hot tools
