Seasonal Sales and Gifting Leader

Are you an energetic, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? We are looking for a Seasonal Sales & Corporate Gifting Lead to lead our team through our busiest and most exciting season of the year.

This is more than a seasonal retail position. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive sales, motivate a team, create an exceptional customer experience, and keep operations running smoothly during the holiday season.

As the Seasonal Sales & Corporate Gifting Lead, you will play a key role in leading day- to-day store operations, supporting employee performance, managing high volume customer traffic, coordinating gifting and seasonal orders, and helping our team deliver an unforgettable experience to every customer.

Duties

• Lead and motivate a high- performing seasonal team
• Drive sales and help the team meet daily and weekly goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer and gifting experience
• Develop business-to-business and corporate gifting opportunities
• Identify and contact potential gifting customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and corporate clients
• Deliver product samples, gifting information, and materials to potential customers
• Track outreach, follow up with prospects, and help convert leads into orders
• Maintain strong operational standards
• Lead by example and jump in wherever needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or B2B sales
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Comfort with Microsoft Outlook and basic internet tools
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in outbound calling and warm calling strategies to generate leads.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
