Job Description
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist in-store, phone, and catering customers with orders.
- Recommend products and use suggestive selling to increase sales.
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
- Prepare sandwiches, lunches, catering items, and retail food products.
- Package and stock hams, turkeys, side dishes, and other merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
- Work as part of a team to ensure customers receive the HoneyBaked experience.
Typical Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (often not required).
- Previous retail, restaurant, cashier, or customer service experience is helpful but not always required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, especially during peak seasons.
