About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Field Sales & Merchandising Representative to bring the Honey Mama’s magic to life across the Pacific Northwest and beyond! In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand in the field—building lasting partnerships with retail teams, driving product visibility, and ensuring our treats shine on every shelf.


You’ll balance strategy and hands-on hustle: supporting new retail launches, managing and growing regional and independent accounts, and collaborating closely with buyers, store managers, and third-party merchandising partners. From in-store demos to large-scale sampling events, you’ll bring our brand story to customers with enthusiasm and authenticity.


Key Responsibilities

·       Support retail chain launches and ongoing merchandising by developing strong relationships with retail teams, buyers, and store managers across the Pacific Northwest and additional regions as needed.

·       Deliver on Sales KPIs through store visits and merchandising, building relationships with key stakeholders in the market, and ensuring strong product visibility and placement.

·       Manage and grow regional and independent accounts, including identifying and opening new accounts.

·       Build and maintain relationships with external merchandising teams and distributors; oversee and collaborate with third-party sales and merchandising partners.

·       Lead demo events, field marketing activations, and in-person trade shows.

·       Support Costco sampling and other key retail sampling events and programs.

·       Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and deep product knowledge.

·       Work independently in the field while maintaining clear communication with internal teams.


Requirements

·       Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

·       Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

·       Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

·       Ability to travel up to approximately 60% of the time.

·       Ability to work in Honey Mama’s Portland office up to 3 days a week. 


Preferred Qualifications

·       1–2 years of experience in CPG or food/beverage sales preferred.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

·       Comfort with basic data analysis to inform sales strategies and track performance.

·       Self-motivated and adaptable, with an entrepreneurial mindset and excitement for working with a growing natural foods brand.
