Our CT School Readiness and NAEYC Accredited program serves infant & toddler and preschool families and we are searching to immediately hire a floating teacher to join our team. We have a zero-tolerance gossip and drama policy, enjoy our positive and supportive environment among coworkers and supervisors. HIRING BONUS $250: after 6 months of continued employment
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Current CDA or Working on Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Honey Bear can offer you a FREE COLLEGE DEGREE in Early Childhood
- Minimum of 4 YEARS experience required in a licensed childcare center

- CT Early Start (School Readiness Program) experience

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Starting salary range $35,360 to $41,600
- Pay rate is commensurate to education and/or experience
- PAID 5 Personal/Vacation time days & 5 Sick time days
- PAID 3 weeks program closed: April vacation, July vacation & Christmas week vacation
- PAID 11 Holidays
- PAID Snow days
