What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Educator- Toddler Head Teacher position at Daycare/Preschool center?
We are looking for passionate Toddler Head Teachers to inspire our youngest learners through a vibrant, diverse curriculum. In this role, you will lead engaging activities ranging from arts and crafts and storytelling to independent play and interactive class outings.

Responsibilities
· Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children.
· Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children in the program.
· Making sure that the classroom is clean, safe, and well-organized.
· Establish routines and provide positive guidance.
Qualifications
· Applicant must hold a Connecticut Head Teacher Certificate or will complete 12 credits in Early Childhood Education.
· At least 1 year of experience working with children.
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education is strongly preferred.
· Ability to work effectively with diverse staff and parents.
Salary varies based on experience and education credentials.
