What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at Honey Bean Café?
- $20 Hourly pay
- NO NIGHTS! Weekdays we close at 3pm
- SUNDAYS 8am-2pm will be needed starting April
- Free Shift Meal, every shift
Varied shifts available during the hours of 7am-3pm Tuesday-Saturday. SUNDAYS 8am-2pm is a MUST starting April. You will be assembling sandwiches, and doing light food prep during the day. Staff will be cross trained with drinks as well.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare sandwiches and breakfast/lunch items, including food prep such as chopping, portioning, light baking, & cooking ingredients as needed.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prior food service or café experience is helpful but not required—training provided
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn all areas of café operations
