Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled, dependable installer to join our Southern Utah Team. The ideal candidate has experience in plumbing, water treatment, or residential system installations, and takes pride in clean, efficient, and honest work.
You’ll be responsible for installing complete residential water systems — including softeners, filtration tanks, reverse osmosis units, and basic plumbing connections.
Responsibilities
- Install whole-home water softener and filtration systems (tank & tankless setups)
- Install under-sink reverse osmosis and alkaline filter systems
- Maintain a clean, professional work area and deliver top-notch customer service
- Perform basic plumbing and system checks
- Communicate clearly with customers and team leads
- Troubleshoot and ensure systems are functioning correctly before completion
Requirements
- Experience in plumbing, water filtration, or home installation preferred
- Basic plumbing tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Must be dependable, honest, and detail-oriented
Preferred (Not Required)
- Journeyman or Residential Plumbing License (Utah)
- Previous experience installing water softeners or RO systems
- Small business or subcontractor experience
