HVAC Installation Apprentice or Junior Installer

We are currently seeking a HVAC Installation Apprentice or Junior Installer to join our growing team.

The residential HVAC Installation Apprentice will work with numerous HVAC equipment manufacturers, system parts and mechanisms, to assist HVAC Lead Installer to install premium HVAC systems. This includes upgrading and improving ductwork, replacing parts and adjusting system controls for better performance by using special tools and diagnostic equipment. Whether you are just starting out or have a few years under your belt, we have a place for you to grow.

• Compensation: $18 to $38 per hour based on experience.
  

What You'll Do

As an Install Apprentice, you will support our Lead Installer in delivering top-tier service.

• Assist in duct fabrication & installation.
• Follow precise instructions and adhere to job site safety protocols.
• Help track materials and labor for each project.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  
  

What You Bring

• Prior HVAC experience is highly valued; entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic HVAC understanding and a strong willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  
  

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively.
• The job requires working in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces, which involves a lot of bending, crawling, and kneeling.
• Ability to climb and work from ladders.
• Must be able to work in different environments that can be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty.
• Physical ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued.
