Responsibilities
- Phone consultations with franchise applicants
- FDD reviews with franchise applicants
- Keep accurate records in the CRM
- Meet and exceed quotas
- Host webinars with the qualified prospects
- Continue to learn
Skills
- Proven work experience as a franchise development professional
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
