Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. • 10 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or similar industries, with a strong background in bottling operations, franchise management, or general business development. • Proven ability to manage multi-region operations and work collaboratively with bottling partners or distributors to achieve financial and operational goals. • Demonstrated success in business development, with experience in identifying and capitalizing on market expansion opportunities, particularly in underdeveloped or emerging markets. • Mastery of data-driven decision-making processes and the ability to synthesize complex market insights into actionable strategies. Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, volume, share, and transactions is required. • Strong leadership capability with a record of influencing across functions, negotiating complex agreements, and managing high-impact relationships internally and externally. • Deep expertise in using Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles to optimize pricing, packaging, and channel strategies. • Exceptional strategic agility and ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-changing market conditions while maintaining a focus on long-term objectives.
