Your Impact
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll partner with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. You’ll provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, oversee care plans, monitor compliance, and help shape a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment.
You’ll also:

Coordinate nursing services and ensure individualized resident care plans are implemented and followed

Participate in assessments and care evaluations

Lead, mentor, and support nursing team members

Oversee staff education, training, and performance evaluations

Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance
-
Step into leadership as needed in the Director’s absence
Qualifications
-
Current LPN or RN license (state-required)
-
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (leadership experience preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Passion for teamwork, quality care, and professional integrity
