Summary of Expectations
Responsible for the start and finish of sales opportunities you have earned. Including raising and affecting overall sales, training daily, participating in the morning meetings, maintaining yourself, office space, company vehicle, and being responsible for communicating and adhering to all company policies, procedures, and the mission.
Job duties of the Sales Representative:
- Serve customers by selling products that meet customer needs.
- Obtain orders and establish new accounts.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge about products to better represent product lines, and the company.
- Keep management informed by submitting appointment dispositions.
- Help resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Contributes to team efforts and communication.
- Find funds for clients using financing solutions provided
Requirements for Sales Representatives:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Have a clean driving record
- Must possess strong communication skills and be able to converse with customers comfortably.
- Attention to detail
- Basic Computer knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
